Hunger Hub was built to close the information gap between people experiencing food insecurity and the organizations working to help them. Too often, resources go unused simply because people don't know they exist.
The platform gives individuals a clear, up-to-date map of food pantries and assistance programs in Philadelphia, while giving organizations tools to manage donations and coordinate with one another.
